About Powertrip

An independent road trip archive created in 2026.

Powertrip is an independent website created in 2026 to archive and map the road trips featured in the Top Gear and Grand Tour television series. It is a free reference resource for road trip enthusiasts.

The site maps 18 trips from both shows, covering routes across Africa, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. All route information has been independently researched from publicly available sources including Wikipedia, fan wikis, and published episode guides.

Powertrip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the BBC, Amazon, or any production company associated with either show. Top Gear and The Grand Tour are trademarks of their respective owners.

What This Site Is

An informational archive. Every trip page shows the route on an interactive map, lists the key waypoints in order, and provides a factual summary of the journey. The goal is to give road trip enthusiasts an accurate reference for routes that inspired them watching the shows.

What This Site Is Not

A booking platform, a tour operator, or an officially licensed product. No bookings are taken and no travel services are offered. All route information is for reference and inspiration only and should be independently verified before any travel is undertaken.

Accuracy

Every route has been researched against episode descriptions, Wikipedia, and publicly available fan resources. Where exact waypoints are not documented, the nearest verified location has been used. If you spot an error, please get in touch via the contact page.
